Gabriel Cline PhD
for ASPPB Member-At-Large
My name is Gabriel Cline and I want to serve as a member-at-large on the ASPPB Board for Directors. I am a Licensed Psychologist in Missouri, the chairperson for the State Committee of Psychologists, and was a professional counselor before earning my PhD at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln.
While I’ve held multiple teaching positions, my passion is practice. I own and manage Psych Associates, a successful private practice in Springfield, MO. I also consult with other psychologists in how to grow and improve their practices.
I was appointed to the Missouri State Committee of Psychologists in December 2021 and began attending ASPPB meetings with the mid annual meeting in New Orleans. I was part of a panel that spoke at the annual meeting in National Harbor, Maryland and enjoyed seeing everyone again at the meeting in Denver and every meeting since.
I am running for the member-at-large position with ASPPB because I believe that we can make a difference in protecting the public.
- By intentionally addressing issues of diversity we can continue to encourage and respect every voice and address the needs of each stakeholder.
- With insistence on the evaluation of both knowledge and competency we can protect the public from psychologists that have no business practicing.
- By addressing issues of Mobility and increased cooperation between jurisdictions we are protecting the public by increasing their access to quality psychological care.
I appreciate the time you have taken to read this. I hope that after researching and talking with each candidate you will confidently vote for me.
Thank you,
