About the Role:
As a Psychometrician, you’ll be a key player in our assessment process, helping clients and families find answers and hope. You’ll administer and score a variety of psychological tests, working closely with our psychologists to gather the information that helps tell each client’s unique story. Your attention to detail and heart for service will help ensure every assessment is accurate, compassionate, and respectful.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome clients and help them feel at ease during testing sessions
  • Administer standardized assessments for children, teens, and adults
  • Score and organize test data with care and precision
  • Support our clinicians in interpreting results and preparing reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction
  • Collaborate with our team to create a seamless, positive experience for every client

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in psychology, education, or a related field
  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • You communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally
  • You’re comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • You’re passionate about helping others and making a difference
  • Experience with psychological testing is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
